Please don't play the little kid here.
Moving account data requires us to change stuff around in the database. Work = time effort.
If we move your account, we have to do the same for all the other VAC banned people. And unless you can proof 100% to us that the VAC ban wasn't your own fault,
and that the person who abused your account won't be able to use your account ever again, it's not worth for us to move it.
I would really do it, if you could reliable proof it, but as I see no way for you to do that. It's not because we admins are so cruel and heartless, it's because
we have allot of experience in gameserver business, well me at least
We don't want any cheaters on our servers, so it's already fair enough that we don't ban people with VAC banned accounts.
So this topic is now finished for all times, we don't move account data when you got VAC banned.

I wonder why my steam account didn't get hijacked yet...
there are plenty of fake steam sites out there, and using an unsafe password isn't good either. but no one can just steal your steam account without knowing your password or having access to your email account.
