just a short question: would this work for mac (the hl2dm+portal) cause i am at a reletaves place and he only has a mac pc  ;D

Some macs have a nvidia card in them so maybe yes, it will work if you put windows on the mac or wait until the source engine gets ported and see it hl2dm gets ported too.

But he can allways just create a new account on your pc and then use it on his mac even if it doesn't have nvida or ati card.
