Pink and black means you're missing textures, but that's impossible in Hl2DM unless some map from css.

HL2DM normally can handle maps with custom stuff (textures, models, sounds) which are added with "Pakrat" but if you go to desktop and switch back sometimes you loose these informations and it went to pink/black (same would happen if a mapper would forget to add custom stuff with "Pakrat").
Normally you can switch to desktop again and wait some seconds before go back to game and problem should be solved.

It's one of those cl commands that show your fps/ping etc.

I noticed it too. It's a camera bug from when I looked at the map alone using sv_cheats 1, matwireframe 1, and noclip. The camera happens to show frozen images of previous events.

I really hope you mean "sv_cheats 1, matwireframe 1 (or) noclip". You aren't supposed to have access to 2 of the 3 commands.

Wut? 
If you play alone (create server) you can use all of these cheats and also all 3 of these 3 at the same time.
If you play on MFH you dont have acces to all of them. (as normal player)
 
 
Anyway, the bug on the television happens if you was on another server before and there was a camera too, sometimes i can see a Puzzle-Level on Gtown's screens, if someone press the button on Gtown it changes back to normal.
