Well, if I was to answer the question above, it is sure not. I don't know why, but it seems one of the players there thinks he is a god and is able to ruin other people's game as he wish. After I spoke to him, and asked him if he is not scared of a ban for DM, he said: "Don't think i gonna get banned, thanks to me that server is running too, 50 euros is useful cash:".

Is that so? If I donate I can ruin other peoples games too? Well fun. Anyhow, here is a convo, of how he threatens other people with his pet player, Steven, which was banned for DDOS attacks, I suspect he has an aimbot though, or he is CAL-I class player:

Well, it sure seems like agent makes the rules here. "You are not with me, fuck you, you are dead by my pet player". So what is going on here I ask? Where are the rules that excessive DM is a crime? It is still IN THE RULES, but no admin cares. So my question is: Is this a DM server or is it a RP? Whats the fun of sitting in PVP all the time or in NoKill zone?

Mannis lost enough players thanks to Bugs / Updates, we can add useless DM, and "I am a god here" strategy to the list... can't we?

Excessive DMing should be punished harder. It's very annoying if you spawn and players like silva, agent, shooter or steven (there are more dm players, but most of "es") are killing you immediately.

And if I hear that Agent try make ppl leave the server again, he'll get a ban. Steven, Silva or Shooter will get a ban for extreme-dming too, if I see it myself or someone show me a good demo.

And no, he don't plays CSS as CAL-I. There's no CAL leagues for HL2DM.( I checked his page, he plays on HL2DM and HL2LC. )

1) I was on the Server yesterday so you don't have to say im not! I have a real life too with many work and earning much money!
 
2) A Roleplayserver should work almost without admins, that's why it has cops for reduce the deathmatch, if no player goes to cop the deathmatch wins...
 
3) I could start a thread too and say everyone is doing shit on the server if no admin is online but i have no proof so i shut up!
 
4) We don't ignore anyone, we all just have a real life too like i said in 1) about me.
