It's 1 Root with 11 servers at moment, yes we could do a 4th RP but we we wont cause 3 are more than enough.
 
And your donations are for expandations maybe or a new root or whatever. :P

finaly i got an answer asked lot of times if you need to pay for each server or only the one root server.
