I agree with huli.

We had some very bad cops who didn't understand the rules properly.

Sadly enough, most jobs who share identical thoughts require people to first make mistakes before they can do the right stuff.

Await, let people make mistakes, let them be banned for it.. to learn it has to go differently. You'll notice that most of them become good ones in due time.

And otherwise.. Well..

Guys, if he is that bad, he will make a bad move (break a rule), he will loose the status, like many before him :) No need to prove why is he / isn't he a bad cop, time will come, he'll be judged :)

Ah, its witto, who seems to be ignoring me, or just hasn't checked his messages.

I don't necessarily think homer's cop status should be removed, I was just wondering why it hadn't when Daii said it would be. Anyway, Huli's point is pretty valid, he should be given a chance. But yeh, maybe you should only be able to donate to be cop after your a certain wage? Considering it affects other players whereas donating for skins doesn't.
