Im getting kicked by VAC and after i reconnect i get client time out.. like 41341times any ideas why?

Try
-restart your router
-Disable your Firewall
-Disable your Antivirus
-Disable any other security sofware
-Use LAN-Connections helps often times

and don't forget to enable your security software again
If this all don't help, just wait.. It will be gone in some time..
