Hai guise, I'm supposed to get a new PC soon and since i dont know shit about any of that I'd like to ask you to help me out, I'm interested in a strong PC but not too overpriced, from a scale of 1-10 I'd say something about 7-8...So just lemme know what types of graphic card, RAM...and other things i should be looking for and it's price (just think of the closest number or something if you dont know exactly)...In forward thanks!

I paid for these bones:

- Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 with stock fan
- ASUS P5QL-EM mobo
- 500GB SATAII Seagate hdd
- LG SATAII DVD Burner
- Corsair HX520W Modular Power Supply
- XFX 9800GT 512MB GDDR5

In total - $400CDN.

I reuse:
- Enlight EN7237 beige case
- 2x 160GB Intel X25-M G2 on RAID 0+1,5 (boot drive)

I saves -

You get the idea, at this price, bang for the bucks could be good for dual core, but if you want to have a higher end specs, you better be paying at least 250 each or more per pops.

@Gpoint: I know, C64 is awesome.

@Strider: I suggest you buy a 9800GTX+ as a video card, it's not that expensive and is great for playing a lot of games on high settings, including Crysis on min. 30 FPS.

I thought so Huli, anyway I'll probably just steal the graphic card from my sister's PC if i dont find anything good...She has one of the best PC's and all she uses it for is Facebook anyway so i'm pretty sure she won't mind :)
