No shit, Sherlock. The OB engine obviously works totally different from the old engine. Pretty much all the .smx sourcemod plugins are useless now till they get updated.

The .smx files work fine, just the game offset had to be be fixed and the binary extensions replaced with orangebox versions.
We are still having an eye on some crash bugs, but I think we will be able to fix them all within some days, just needs some time.

database = place where information gets stored, this is independent on the software that fetches data from it.
SRCDS = Source Dedicated Server, a software provided by Valve to host multiplayer games.

Same case like with css, it will take time before you run the servers again, "6 hours" isn't enough

Never said there won't be any issues, but once they are fixed we have a better game
