hi :D i want more rank cop plis i have more 400 cuff and my rank is recruit and is very dificul cuff copkillers xD i can have more rank plis?

Not sure if roots can help you, but

donde estas SteamID? Donde estas Wages? And 400 cuffs are not that much :S

You will get new cop rank automatically, for example I have got my police chief rank 3 months after getting my cop status.
So please, be patient. Not needed to open topics about that.

You dont get it automatic . You get it from a root Admin when he thinks it's time for you.
