Same shit happened to me man, I lost 25 crowbars at once and didn't even one 1 of them in hand -.-

Before when i played... If you stand on and edge, just so you dont fall off, and try to spawn weapons... they will only get dropped on the ground. Thats a thing i did quite alot inside the bank in Gtown.
Did you guys stay on a special place when spawning these weapons? ladder, elevator, edge, buggy place?

It is. Same with all moveable things.
Maybe you remember: In one version of icity, I placed signs in this moving tunnel "Do not use weapons here!" because they just will be dropped...
