I thought doors was deleted after 1 month

Hey, i've been checking Flammable's appartment since he was banned a few days before 07.08.11 12:58. He was permanemt banned, but then reduced to 1 month at that time. He had an appartment next to spar at 4seasons. His ban expires 06.09.11 12:58 today. But he still own the appartment, since more than 31 days has passed?

Tell me if i'm wrong, but i was sure that you lost your appartment if you was inactive for 28 days (1 month)

Yes but he was permanemt banned, and then it got reduced, i don't know for how many days he was permanemt banned. but i'm pretty sure it was way much more than 24 hours

Normley if the ban is 1 month i always remember that players to loose house or cop status

Means he shall obviously loose his cop status if he didnt yet and i think appartment too as the ban is 1 month and its equal to 30 days longer than 4 weeks anyway, so

I wouldn't make flammable loose his cop status + app when you know he will reconnect like a few days later... What I would so, is removing the owner like dr.modz, necroformist ( or something like that ) and that kind of " old " players that comes only when a new map pops up to buy the best app then just leave and connect each 25 days for 1 min just to keep their app and cop status...
Seriously, they are holding apps that could be bought by new players for nothing more than a " maybe ill come back " that they kept saying to everyone during 2 years...

So he had luck, maybe the 28 days was passed but i dont watch it every day, updated it some minutes ago and Flammable has now "Last disconnect 0 days" again.
 
I could also change the time to 14 days or 21 days.

GPOINT just check sourcebans it says he was banned on 07th August and ban expired 6th september which means more than 28 days passed, definitely

Hey, guys i am back, and i am not gonna be offline long time again, so i dont think that my apps should be sold. But! I have 2 apps 1 at "Four seasons" and 1 at rp_ice_streetway. Gpoint, if it is realy possible please Delete app at Streetway, cause i have lost every hope about Streetway and even about rp server #2. Thanks :3.

I start with 21 days right now. In 1 or 2 months i maybe make 14 days.

im sure not many players read this topic now
But 21 days still enough to come on every 3 weeks and save the app, good that you will lower that one too
And on summer when many are on vacations you can put it back to 28

  i think 14 days is not fair for some ,once my pc broke down i lost 2 apps worth 200k
