Yeah, ok sorry. Let me translate it. I was telling him to try Rainbow Six Las Vegas 2 and then he told me he played all Tom Clancy's games. Then I suggested Bioshock like others did, and he said he'll probably try it

And today I played Borderlands and I really began to like it and it seemed like a very worthwhile game untill I exited the game and later returned and noticed all my progress was never even saved...I tried googling the problem everyone mentions that the save files are in Documents/my games/Borderlands...and as usual I shouldn't be surprised but on my very "Special" vista I dont even have a borderlands folder in the "My games" folder. This day was going great for me as I discovered this great new game all just to be denied by this worthless pile of shit called "Vista".

That's what you get for using Vista. Why do you even use it, buy Win7 totally worth it, even the student version. In my uni I have original Win7 Home prem. for 25 euro cents (1 PLN).

Use the search option? Search "for Borderlands". Folder should have 3 secundary folder (Binaries , SaveData , WillowGame)
 
Or search in C:\ for a file called "Player.wsg" which  should be in the Save folder.

I did google it and tbh I'm tired of having to download shitloads of updates/patches and manually add them to certain clusterfuck directories hidden in the darkest depths of the hard disk...and I use Vista because for some reason my sister thinks this PC is still her's even though she almost never uses it anymore, and therefore she'd bring my entire family down on my head if I even think of changing the OS....believe me I'm not enjoying vista at all and wouldn't hesitate a second to get rid of it, but unfortunately It's not that simple (for me atleast). Anyway I'll check out the rest of these games and once again thanks for the support ladies and gentlemen! And more suggestions are always welcome!
