He kills everybody who is near him and has a weapon... even if its a stunstick or something! But about that nobody claims!!

As far as it has been stated, he and commodore have been attacking you because of these actions. Killing off corrupt cops is allowed as self defense.

I does the same, but not always often, because I do keeping the balance on good and bad. You are on the bad, so I'm able to shoot you for no reason.

Everbody Calm down and stop acting like 6 yr olds what we know is that we have solid ingame message proof and I think that he has 3 strikes and that he has | and we should give him a chance.  Unless he acts like the forbidden one  {Special_Officer_Doofy} then he should not be banned.
